**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated Strategic Youth Practitioner to join our team. As a key member, you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable young people and developing systems to provide the best possible care.

In this challenging yet rewarding position, you will work closely with adolescents, using a trauma-informed and child-centered approach to practice. Our Exploitation and Missing Team (EmPower) is part of an integrated service, ensuring seamless collaboration with various teams, including social workers, youth justice officers, police, psychologists, education officers, substance misuse workers, and health workers.
