About the Role

As a Senior Practitioner within our EmPower team, you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable young people who are at risk of exploitation and going missing. Your experience and expertise will enable you to develop effective systems to provide the best possible support to these individuals.

You will be responsible for working closely with a range of professionals, including social workers, youth justice officers, police, and health workers, to ensure that our services are aligned and effective. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of our integrated service and make a positive difference in the lives of our clients.

We are seeking an experienced and skilled practitioner who has a passion for working with adolescents and a commitment to providing high-quality support. In return for your expertise, you will receive a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing effective systems to support vulnerable young people
  • Working closely with professionals from various agencies to ensure alignment and effectiveness
  • Providing high-quality support to clients, utilizing a trauma-informed, child-centered approach
