Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with the team to provide outstanding customer service and support.
  • Contribute to maintaining high standards within the trade counter area and warehouse.
  • Assist with health and safety compliance and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Support multi-drop deliveries and work with the Branch Manager to achieve branch performance targets.
  • Provide cover in the branch when required and be flexible with your workload.

Requirements:

  • A friendly, welcoming attitude and energy to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Good organisational skills and be IT literate.
  • A full valid driving license and previous driving experience.
  • Experience in a trade counter environment is preferred but not essential.
