Branch Assistant

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Branch Assistant to join our team at Accrington. As a key member of our trade counter team, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and contributing to the success of our branch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with the team to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards within the trade counter area and warehouse.
- Assist with health and safety compliance and ensure a safe working environment for all employees and customers.
- Support the Branch Manager and team in achieving branch performance targets and contribute to the growth and development of the business.
- Provide cover in the branch when required and be flexible to meet the needs of the team.
- Assist with multi-drop deliveries and have a valid full driving license.
