About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Branch Assistant to join our team at Accrington. As a key member of our trade counter team, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and maintaining high standards within the trade counter area and warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with the team to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Assist in maintaining a safe and organized working environment.
  • Support the Branch Manager and team in achieving branch performance targets.
  • Provide cover in the branch when required.
  • Assist with health and safety compliance and multi-drop deliveries.

Requirements:

  • A friendly and welcoming attitude with energy and passion to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Good organizational skills and IT literacy.
  • A full valid driving license is essential, with a forklift truck license being a desirable asset.
  • Previous experience in a trade counter environment is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.
