Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with the team to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Contribute to maintaining high standards within the trade counter area and warehouse.
  • Be a team player with a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Assist with health and safety compliance and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Be competent in multi-drop deliveries and work with the Branch Manager to achieve branch performance targets.
  • Provide cover in the branch when required.

Requirements:

  • A friendly and welcoming attitude with energy and passion to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Be versatile and prepared to assist in all aspects of running the branch.
  • A full valid driving license is essential, and a forklift truck license would be advantageous but not required.
  • Good organisational skills and IT literacy are essential.
  • Previous experience in a trade counter environment is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.
