Sheridan Maine South is seeking a skilled Accounts Assistant to join our dynamic finance team in central Bournemouth. This is an excellent chance to contribute to the success of our rapidly growing company and develop your career in transactional finance.
Key Responsibilities:- Reconcile complex transactions to meet payment deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Identify and investigate outstanding entries in the general ledger to ensure financial integrity.
- Liaise with colleagues and suppliers to resolve outstanding items and maintain positive working relationships.
- Raise invoices as needed to clear accounts and support the finance team with processing and resolving queries.
- Part AAT qualified or equivalent, with proven experience in a reconciliations role.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail, with intermediate Excel skills for effective data management.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines, with excellent communication and organisational skills.
