The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality care with a person-centred approach to promote independence and well-being to all in their care.
Key duties include assessing and treating patients with pelvic floor dysfunction and obstetric conditions, working closely with the world-renowned Urogynaecology Team at King's College Hospital, and managing clinical risk within their clinical caseload.
They will also be responsible for formulating and delivering individual physiotherapy treatment programmes, ensuring effective discharge planning within the team, and advising, guiding and teaching less experienced physiotherapists or health professional visitors.
Additionally, the successful candidate will be expected to work flexibly, including evening and weekend commitments, and ensure effective professional links with other healthcare professionals.
- Assess and treat patients with pelvic floor dysfunction and obstetric conditions.
- Work closely with and be an active member of the world-renowned Urogynaecology Team at King's College Hospital.
- Manage clinical risk within own clinical caseload.
- Formulate and deliver an individual physiotherapy treatment programme.
- Ensure effective discharge planning within the team.
