Diabetes Care Specialist

At LMC Healthcare, we are committed to providing exceptional diabetes care services to our patients. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing the daily operations of our pharmacy, ensuring compliance with company policies and provincial regulations. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and train other pharmacy staff, including pharmacists, pharmacy assistants, and students. You will also work closely with endocrinologists and other clinic colleagues to provide comprehensive care to patients.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced pharmacist to join our team. As a Designated Manager with OCP, you will have the autonomy to practice to the full scope, providing diabetes counseling, training, education, and dispensing services. If you are passionate about helping people improve their health and wellbeing, this could be the ideal role for you.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in Ontario pharmacy practice and diabetes education, preferably with 3-5 years of experience. Previous management experience is also highly desirable. Additionally, proficiency in Kroll and EMR systems would be an asset.
