Business Development Manager

The Commercial Manager will be responsible for reviewing, managing, and supporting all tender enquiries with the estimating team. This includes coordinating workload with colleagues in the estimating team and directing and managing OTP projects up to an agreed value threshold. The successful candidate will also support the Commercial Manager/Director with high-value and/or complex projects, working closely with the Construction and Technical Teams to price works accurately.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Commercial Manager looking to take their career to the next level. With a negotiable base salary of £55,000-£65,000 depending on experience, a generous pension scheme, and 25 days + BH (3 to be saved for Christmas), this role offers excellent remuneration and benefits.
