A leading corporate law firm seeks an experienced administrator to support their construction litigation team in their Birmingham City Centre offices.

The successful candidate will possess strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to manage complex diaries and travel arrangements. Experience of working within a legal or professional services environment is essential.

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity offering a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.

The role involves:

  1. Managing diaries, arranging international travel and meetings, including room bookings and refreshments.
  2. Utilizing a strong working knowledge of property terminology to implement property searches.
  3. Typing duties and maintaining Excel spreadsheets as required.
  4. Coordinating the billing process, including producing reports on behalf of fee earners.
