Building Performance Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Performance Analyst to join our team at Ardour Associates Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting building performance assessments, developing energy efficiency strategies, and implementing retrofits to improve building energy performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Building Performance Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of building performance, identifying areas for improvement and recommending energy-efficient solutions.
- Energy Efficiency Strategies: Develop and implement energy efficiency strategies to reduce energy consumption and costs.
- Retrofit Implementation: Collaborate with installation teams to implement recommended retrofits and ensure successful project outcomes.
We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits including professional development opportunities and a supportive work environment.
