Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for developing knowledge of key business analysis skills, understanding project approaches and software engineering lifecycles, and identifying service and process improvement opportunities. You will work closely with colleagues to identify requirements, draft user stories, and support the production of periodic performance measures.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to have demonstrable passion for Business Analysis, with the following skills or experience:

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to assess and understand problems and propose new solutions.
  • Eliciting, analysing, and validating business requirements before peer review.
  • Communicating effectively with various stakeholders, including technical and non-technical individuals.
  • Building strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders, and applying proven communication and analytical skills to ensure team objectives are achieved.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including:
