Job Summary


The Global Working Capital Solutions Strategist will lead the development of Supply Chain Finance (SCF) product capabilities in the EMEA region, driving growth and profitability for the company.



Main Responsibilities


This role will be responsible for defining and implementing SCF strategies that align with global objectives, leveraging unique opportunities and addressing specific challenges within the EMEA region.


The successful candidate will ensure SCF strategy adapts to meet changing market and client needs, considering competition, market dynamics, and regulatory impacts.


A key focus will be on owning the Profit & Loss (P&L), including delivery of revenue goals, management of cost allocations, and introduction of product-specific initiatives to improve product profitability.


The role will collaborate with global teams to design and develop the full product lifecycle, drive country and currency expansion in EMEA, and manage product build-out to ensure global capabilities become best in class.


The Global Working Capital Solutions Strategist will also lead legal/tax/compliance discussions to ensure products meet evolving requirements in every jurisdiction.


Additionally, this role will provide product leadership and regional guidance on SCF market updates and new regulations, driving operational excellence through continuous improvement initiatives and best practice sharing.



Key Requirements


The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to navigate complex business decisions.


Strong stakeholder management skills are essential to influence and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders.


Experience in Supply Chain Finance or Structured Working Capital from a Product Management perspective is highly valued.


A deep understanding of the EMEA market is also beneficial.


The successful candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and strong project management and strategic planning skills.


Financial analytical and planning skills are also essential.



Compensation Package


The estimated annual salary for this role is £80,000 - £120,000 depending on experience.
