Job Title: Vice President Advisor Relations

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Vice President Advisor Relations to lead our advisor relations efforts in the UKI/Europe region. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the advisor market and a proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with senior decision makers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development plans to achieve sales and revenue targets for Insurance, Emerging and Analytics Business Units.
  • Work closely with BU leaders to maximize growth potential from the advisor channel.
  • Develop a deep understanding of EXL's capabilities and educate advisors on our unique strengths.
  • Nurture senior relationships in the market and ensure EXL is top-of-mind for digital transformation opportunities.
  • Support the BU throughout the deal pursuit and leverage relationships to win opportunities.
  • Work with the Global Advisory leader to ensure alignment and consistency of approach.
  • Collaborate with local and global marketing teams to support the advisor channel.
  • Monitor customer, market, and competitor activity to inform GTM strategy.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in sales/commercial roles in complex solution/consultative B2B environments.
  • Deep understanding of the customer lifecycle and ability to develop and grow new business opportunities.
  • Strong network of warm relationships within the UKI/Europe advisor market.
