About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training to production staff on GMP activities and requirements. Key responsibilities include designing and creating interactive training packages, delivering engaging training sessions, and conducting inductions for new starters.
Key Skills and Qualifications- Strong knowledge of GMP regulations and biopharmaceutical techniques
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Flexible and self-motivated with a focus on team outcomes
- Experience working in a cleanroom/aseptic environment
- Directly relevant biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry experience
