**About the Role**

Russell Taylor Group Ltd is seeking an experienced QA Officer or Senior QA Officer to join their team in Stevenage. As a key member of the established pharmaceutical manufacturing company, you will play a vital role in further developing the QMS and driving positive change within the quality management system.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. The Quality Assurance Officer will be responsible for quality management, quality assurance, and quality auditing tasks related to pharmaceutical products.
  2. Ensuring products are fit for purpose before release for use or commercial sale.
  3. Maintaining and improving QMS' performance by ensuring items such as deviations, CAPA, and change control for which you are the owner are progressed in a compliant and timely manner and all other items are reviewed and/or approved in accordance with internal procedures.
  4. Investigate and communicate customer or supplier complaints satisfactorily.
  5. Participate in internal and external audits inclusive of customer and regulatory audits.
  6. Perform Root Cause Analysis using problem-solving tools.
  7. Support delivering site GMP training as required.

Requirements:

  • GMP QA experience is essential, preferably in a Pharmaceutical setting or similar.
  • Strong written and verbal English language skills are essential due to the nature of the role.
