Job Description:
We are seeking an exceptional Apprenticeship Training Specialist to contribute to the growth and success of our learners. This individual will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality training programs, with a focus on the level 3 apprenticeship standard.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver engaging training sessions that meet the needs of learners.
  • Conduct assessments to evaluate learner competence and provide constructive feedback.
  • Maintain accurate records of learner progress and performance.
  • Collaborate with other tutors to share best practices and ensure consistency in delivery.


Salary Information:
The salary for this position is up to £40,000 per annum, based on full-time equivalency. With experience, the potential earnings can reach up to £50,000 annually.
