Clinical Psychologist

We are seeking a Clinical Psychologist to join our Enhanced Rehabilitation and Recovery Pathway as a Band 8b. This is a unique opportunity to work in a psychology-led team, developing innovative services and contributing to research and teaching.
The pathway provides inpatient and community services for people with ongoing mental health difficulties, such as psychosis. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will work within a multi-professional and recovery-oriented framework, facilitating psychologically informed ways of working with individuals requiring clinical psychology.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership to the Enhanced Rehabilitation and Recovery Pathway
- Ensure systems are in place for the supervision and governance of clinical practice
- Facilitate training, development, and application of agreed models of psychological interventions
- Carry a clinical caseload and work with colleagues to provide robust supervision and clinical support
