About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Customer Relationship Advisor to join our team at Gloucester City Homes. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, resolving customer issues, and delivering valued services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a high level of customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Take ownership of customer issues, exercising autonomy to find suitable solutions and providing advice and signposting to information as appropriate.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to resolve complex or challenging cases, utilizing problem-solving skills and making informed decisions.
  • Have a good understanding of housing and property management, particularly relating to tenancy, repairs, and neighborhood management.
  • Be computer literate, comfortable using Microsoft Office packages, housing, and CRM systems, as well as call handling software.

Requirements:

  • Experience of working in a customer-facing call center environment, ideally within the social housing sector.
  • Experience of diagnosing issues and facilitating solutions.
  • Experience of problem-solving and complaints resolution.
  • Relevant technical housing qualification, such as a level 3 diploma in Housing Management, is advantageous but not essential.
