Job Title: Children's Home Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Children's Home Manager to lead our residential care team. As a Children's Home Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our young people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of staff to provide high-quality care and support to young people with learning disabilities.
- Develop and implement care plans to meet the individual needs of each young person.
- Ensure the home is run in accordance with Ofsted requirements and regulations.
- Collaborate with social workers and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our young people.
- Manage budgets and resources to ensure the efficient running of the home.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years' experience of working in a residential children's setting.
- Experience of managing a team and developing care plans.
- Knowledge of Ofsted requirements and regulations.
- Ability to work collaboratively with social workers and other professionals.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
