Children's Home Senior Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager to lead our children's home team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to the children and young people residing in our home.
About the Role:- Lead a team of staff to provide a safe and nurturing environment for children and young people.
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of each child.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
- Collaborate with other professionals to provide a comprehensive support network for children and families.
- Contribute to the development of our children's home services, including training and quality improvement initiatives.
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare.
- Understanding of attachment and trauma in relation to young people.
- 2 years' work experience working with young people in a residential environment, including 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Previous experience in a Deputy or Manager role in a Residential Children's Care Setting.
- Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England).
