Job Title: Children's Home Registered Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager to lead our Children's Home team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to children and young people in our residential setting.

About the Role:
  • Lead a team of staff to provide 24/7 care and support to children and young people
  • Develop and implement care plans to meet the individual needs of each child
  • Ensure the home is run in accordance with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures
  • Manage budgets, resources, and staff to ensure the efficient operation of the home
  • Collaborate with external agencies to ensure the best possible outcomes for children and young people
Requirements:
  • Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare
  • Understanding of attachment and trauma in relation to young people
  • 2 years' experience working with young people in a residential environment
  • 1 year in a supervisory role
  • Previous experience in a Deputy or Manager role in a Residential Children's Care Setting
  • Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England)
