Job Title: Technology Support Specialist



This role is an exciting opportunity to join our Technology team as a Technology Support Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality technical support to our staff across various offices, ensuring seamless operation of our technology systems and services.



The successful candidate will have a strong background in troubleshooting technology issues and a proven ability to quickly learn and adapt to new applications. You will work closely with our Service Desk Manager and other senior team members to deliver exceptional customer service and support.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Provide technical support to staff across various offices, including remote support and onsite assistance.
  • Assist in the day-to-day operational support of our technology systems and services.
  • Work closely with our Service Desk Manager and other senior team members to deliver exceptional customer service and support.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our technology systems and services.
  • Collaborate with the Technology team to identify and resolve technical issues and improve overall service delivery.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance technical skills and knowledge.


Requirements:




  • Relevant technology qualification and/or previous experience in a professional services environment in support.
  • Excellent knowledge of Windows 11, Office 365, and Freshservice or similar Service Management tools.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with non-technical staff and team members.
  • Able to work a standard 7-hour day, 5 days a week, with occasional flexibility to work additional or unusual hours to resolve problems and maintain service levels.
