About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Research Executive to join our Customer Insight and Analysis team at the British Heart Foundation. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in championing the voice of our customers and ensuring their needs and expectations are understood and met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement insight plans to inform business decisions and drive growth
  • Manage research projects, including data analysis and reporting, to deliver actionable insights to internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement research strategies
  • Manage projects outsourced to external research agencies, including procurement, project management, and quality assurance
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research methodologies and tools to ensure the highest quality insights
Requirements
  • Proven experience in market research and analysis, with a strong understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and present findings in a clear and concise manner
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality insights and reports
