Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant

Protocol Education is seeking a dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistant to work in Secondary and SEND schools in High Wycombe. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with special educational needs and disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students with special educational needs and disabilities in a Secondary and SEND school setting.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized education plans.
  • Provide one-to-one and small group support to students, promoting their academic and personal growth.
  • Assist with lesson planning and preparation, ensuring that students receive a high-quality education.
  • Monitor and report student progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with students with special educational needs and disabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced school environment.
  • Right to work in the UK.
