Job Summary

We are seeking an Educational Assistant for Families to provide high-quality childcare and education services to families in their home environment.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in child development, education, and care. They will be able to work independently, think critically, and make sound judgments when it comes to the safety and well-being of children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide childcare and education services to families in their home environment
  • Assist with household tasks such as light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Discipline children according to the parents' requested methods
  • Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home
  • Organize activities such as games and outings for children
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals
  • Tend to the emotional well-being of children
  • Help children with homework
  • Cook
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in childcare or a related field
Salary and Benefits
  • A competitive salary range of $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience
  • Optional accommodation available at no charge on a live-in basis
  • Travel expenses paid by employer
