About the Role:
Achieving for Children is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated professional to join our team as a Deaf Instructor. In this role, you will work with the Teacher of the Deaf Team to provide specialist BSL support for children and young people who require sign language provision.

Key Responsibilities:
- Hold a minimum of a Level 3 BSL qualification
- Experience of working with children and young people who are deaf
- Work with deaf children and young people who require BSL provision to develop their communication skills
- Develop the knowledge and skills of families of deaf children and young people who require sign language as the primary mode of communication
- Work with families and educational settings to provide training, advice, and resources about deaf awareness and the use of sign language where appropriate
