  • Complete Right to Work Checks and References, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Support Managers with employee disagreements, complaints, and grievances, providing a fair and impartial service
  • Keep the staff handbook up-to-date, flagging documents that require updating
  • Liaise with the finance department to produce monthly payroll schedules and salary updates
  • Provide first-point-of-contact support for staff with concerns about working arrangements and benefits
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as required

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will have strong HR administration experience, providing efficient support to a busy department. You must be highly organized, with excellent attention to detail and a strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
