Submarine Hazard Analyst Lead

About the Job:
CV Library is a leading employer in the field of submarine safety, and we're now seeking a highly skilled Submarine Hazard Analyst Lead to join our team. In this crucial role, you'll be responsible for crafting comprehensive safety cases using state-of-the-art techniques and collaborating closely with diverse engineering teams.
About You:
To succeed in this position, you'll need expertise in risk assessments and hazard analysis, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills. Your work will be pivotal in ensuring the safety of submarines and their crews, with opportunities to publish technical papers and shape the future of submarine safety.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement safety strategies to mitigate major hazards like fire, explosion, and hazardous atmospheres.
* Lead design reviews and modifications to ensure safety from hazards.
* Collaborate with engineering teams to design and develop safe submarine systems.
* Conduct risk assessments and ALARP assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
* Produce and peer-review technical papers on safety analysis and risk management.
* Liaise with engineering stakeholders on safety matters and develop hazard safety processes and risk management strategies.
What We Offer:
