Job Role: Mechanical Project Manager

Area: Rochester

Salary: £55k - £60k

PW Construction Recruitment is seeking a skilled Mechanical Project Manager to lead projects in Kent, London, and Essex. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and commercial experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required scope.
  • Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and labor.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Maintain and build relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues.
  • Monitor team performance to ensure adherence to company standards.
  • Review staff performance, attendance, and morale.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain relevant documentation.

Requirements:

  • Industry-recognized Project Management certification.
  • Proven experience in mechanical engineering and commercial projects.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
