Salary: £55k - £60k
PW Construction Recruitment is seeking a Mechanical Project Manager to cover Kent, London and Essex. The ideal candidate will have a background in Mechanical engineering and commercial sector experience.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver projects on time, within budget and scope.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely delivery of materials and labour.
- Develop and implement Q&A reviews and design approvals.
- Maintain and build relationships with existing and new clients.
- Conduct regular onsite reviews.
- Monitor team performance to ensure company standards are met.
- Review staff performance, attendance and morale.
- Ensure health and safety compliance and prepare relevant documents.
Requirements:
- Industry recognised Project Management course.
- HNC/HND in Building Services Engineering.
- City & Guilds in Mechanical Engineering.
- Proven track record of well-managed industry relationships.
- Self-motivated, organised and good communicator.
- Good interpersonal skills and patience.
- Forward thinking.
- Full driving licence.
