We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to lead and manage mechanical projects, with a focus on retrofit school projects. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of project delivery, from inception through to completion, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage mechanical projects, with a focus on retrofit school projects.
  • Oversee all aspects of project delivery, from inception through to completion.
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure effective communication and smooth project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager, specifically with retrofit school projects.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical building services.
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Full UK driving licence.
