PW Construction Recruitment is seeking a skilled Mechanical Project Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and commercial sector experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required scope.
  • Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure the right materials and labor are allocated for project success.
  • Develop and implement Q&A reviews to ensure client approval.
  • Maintain and build relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Conduct regular site reviews.
  • Monitor team performance to ensure company standards are met.
  • Review staff performance, attendance, and morale.
  • Ensure health and safety compliance and prepare relevant documents.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A recognized Project Management course.
  • An HNC/HND in Building Services Engineering.
  • A City & Guilds in Mechanical Engineering.
  • A proven track record of well-managed industry relationships.
  • Self-motivation, organization, and good communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills and patience.
  • Forward thinking.
  • A full driving license.
