Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Development Manager to join our team at Tructyre Fleet Management Limited.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets within your assigned region of South Wales to Herefordshire.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities while growing existing accounts through proactive management and retention strategies.
  • Foster long-term relationships with clients by ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with company goals and objectives.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and improve performance.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and pipeline activity to senior management.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in sales management, with a focus on business development and growth.
  • A strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, with a keen eye for opportunity and potential.
