Salary: £85,000 - £105,000 base salary, perks, healthcare options and additional benefits

The Role

You will be involved in all technical aspects of implementation of Service Management, Service Integration and Management solutions for our existing and prospective clients using the ServiceNow Platform. Your role requires that you have thorough knowledge of the ServiceNow Platform and the technologies used within it to achieve your development deliverables in line with business requirements.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Core involvement in the technical implementation of ServiceNow using Service Management practices based on our client and Industry standards.
  2. Co-Design and develop new ServiceNow Applications, solutions, and services as required.
  3. Take ownership of defined complex business requirements and work them to completion with the support of the ServiceNow Business Analyst.
  4. Assist the ServiceNow Business Analyst in estimating the release level of effort.
  5. Leverage your extensive technical knowledge to ensure optimization, and compliance when IT Organizations use the ServiceNow Platform.

Your Skills and Experience

  1. Experience in administering the ServiceNow Platform and experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  2. Scripting - JavaScript, Angular/Angular JS, HTML, CSS, AJAX and Jelly.
  3. Good understanding of relational database concepts.
  4. Experienced in working with LDAP, AD, SSO, Email Infrastructure, Web Services and ITOM.

Preferred Certifications

  1. ServiceNow CSA
  2. Certified Application Developer
  3. ServiceNow Platform Implementation Specialist

Eligibility for SC clearance and DV clearance preferred.
