Care and Wellbeing Coordinator

Hilton Community Services Ltd is seeking a Care and Wellbeing Coordinator to join our Supported Living team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating care and wellbeing services for our tenants, working closely with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure that our services are delivered to a high standard.
The successful candidate will have experience in coordinating care services, prioritizing tasks, and adhering to Company policies and procedures. They will also possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders.
In this role, you will be expected to contribute to the management of financial resources, maintain physical resources, and ensure that our tenants receive tailored support to meet their needs. We are offering a competitive salary of £28,000 - £33,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including a generous pension scheme and opportunities for professional development.
