About This RoleWe are seeking a dedicated Elementary Education Professional to join our team of passionate educators. As a Supply Teacher, you will be responsible for fostering a positive learning environment that encourages student engagement and promotes academic excellence across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.
Key Responsibilities- Implement engaging lesson plans that meet curriculum standards, promoting student growth and development.
- Create a supportive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration, helping students build strong relationships with peers.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues regarding student performance and behavior, ensuring open lines of communication.
- Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities, catering to diverse needs and preferences.
- Organize classroom activities that promote social skills and teamwork, helping students develop essential life skills.
- Maintain a safe and orderly classroom conducive to learning, prioritizing student safety and well-being.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Qualified Teaching Status (QTS)
- Previous experience working with children in an educational setting, preferably in the Bradford area.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with students and parents.
- Familiarity with current educational technologies and teaching methodologies, enhancing your ability to engage students and stay up-to-date with best practices.
- A genuine passion for teaching and commitment to fostering a love of learning in students, driving academic success and personal growth.

- An estimated salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
