Primary Supply Teacher
NextGen Teachers are seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary Supply Teacher for the Bradford, West Yorkshire area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering a positive learning environment, encouraging student engagement, and promoting academic excellence across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.
Responsibilities
Implement engaging lesson plans that meet the curriculum standards.
Create a supportive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.
Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues regarding student performance and behaviour.
Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
Organise classroom activities that promote social skills and teamwork.
Maintain a safe and orderly classroom conducive to learning.
Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.Experience
A Qualified Teachers Status (QTS)
Previous experience working with children in an educational setting.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective interaction with students and parents.
Familiarity with current educational technologies and teaching methodologies is beneficial.
