We are currently seeking a qualified and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team in Colchester. This role presents an exciting opportunity for individuals who share our passion for making a positive impact on the lives of vulnerable young people.

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and safety of our residents, supporting them to engage in educational activities, maintaining their health needs, contributing to care planning, and attending mandatory training sessions.

£34,080 - £37,600 per annum (pro-rata) based on a 40-hour week.

Requirements

  • A Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent
  • 1 year of experience in residential childcare
  • Full Driver's Licence
