Commercial Project Manager

About the Role:
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role within our client's commercial team, leading the team on a project and working collaboratively with customers and industry specialists. You will add value and ensure best practice throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Exposure to the full project lifecycle, with involvement across pre-construction through to project delivery
- Working alongside the project delivery team to ensure contractual control and cost management of projects across different sectors
- Managing the commercial aspects of subcontract accounts from procurement to interim and final account agreement
- Being involved with the final account negotiation to ensure the best possible outcome
- Managing junior surveyors and leading a large project team
Requirements:
- Main contractor experience as the SQS within the construction space
- Experience of different contract forms
- Experience on projects ranging between £10m to £50m
- Interest in leading a project team and ensuring commercial success
