This role involves working with the Kier Rail team to support commercial aspects on rail infrastructure projects for a diverse customer base.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Establishing commercial strategies and frameworks for projects
  • Managing subcontractor accounts and procurement
  • Compiling project-specific commercial issues for reporting and presentation

Requirements include:

  • Relevant qualifications, such as a degree in quantity surveying
  • Experience in the rail, construction, or civils industry
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Ability to identify and manage commercial risks and opportunities
