Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join our team at Russell Taylor Group Ltd in Birkenhead.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, with experience in maintaining records, updating timesheets, and processing sales invoices. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is also essential.

This is a 6-month fixed-term contract, providing an opportunity for the right candidate to gain valuable experience and skills in a supportive and friendly environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Updating and verifying timesheets
  • Maintaining records of new starters, leavers, and annual leave days
  • Raising purchase orders
  • Processing sales invoices into Sage/Trax
  • Printing, copying, and issuing documents
  • Taking minutes in meetings

Requirements:

  • Administration experience
  • Good organisational skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Experience raising PO numbers
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 per annum, reflecting the importance of this role in supporting our sales team.
