Sales and Administrative Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join our team at Russell Taylor Group Ltd in Birkenhead.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, with experience in maintaining records, updating timesheets, and processing sales invoices. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is also essential.
This is a 6-month fixed-term contract, providing an opportunity for the right candidate to gain valuable experience and skills in a supportive and friendly environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Updating and verifying timesheets
- Maintaining records of new starters, leavers, and annual leave days
- Raising purchase orders
- Processing sales invoices into Sage/Trax
- Printing, copying, and issuing documents
- Taking minutes in meetings
Requirements:
- Administration experience
- Good organisational skills
- Good attention to detail
- Experience raising PO numbers
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 per annum, reflecting the importance of this role in supporting our sales team.
