The ideal candidate will be responsible for general administration and housekeeping duties for the Network and Engineering teams, ensuring a smooth customer journey within the motor claims sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process daily task lists and effectively allocate work to team members.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the engineering team.
  • Manage the Non-Network repair process efficiently.
  • Handle both repair and total loss cases with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Continuously expand your knowledge base for engineering tasks.
  • Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via email and phone.
  • Ensure strict adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements at all times.
  • Perform any other reasonable duties as assigned by management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role.
  • Strong understanding of motor claims administration processes.
  • Knowledge of FCA requirements within the insurance industry.
  • Familiarity with motor insurance claims procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
