Sustainability Coordinator

Pure Represents is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Sustainability Coordinator to support our forward-thinking live music agency in delivering the company's sustainability initiatives.

The Role

We are looking for a self-motivated Sustainability Coordinator with exceptional administrative skills to work alongside the Sustainability Consultant, driving forward the sustainability strategy for the business. The ideal candidate will have a flexible approach, be an excellent relationship builder, and a natural problem solver.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist the Sustainability Consultant and General Manager in reviewing and acting on the current company sustainability agenda.
  2. Implement best sustainable practices in the office.
  3. Develop systems to ensure the accurate collection and recording of data for carbon audits.
  4. Assist with strategy for the progression of our current sustainability policy and sustainability initiatives for clients.
  5. Attend virtual and in-person LIVE Green Steering meetings and other relevant industry meetings.
  6. Work alongside the GM to build and manage relationships with organisations in the sustainability and EDI areas that the company aligns with, and explore opportunities to partner with these on upcoming initiatives.
  7. Create internal and external communications, evolve the website, progress our green rider, and ensure all staff are aware of our sustainability policies.
  8. Assist the wider team with ongoing and ad-hoc sustainable initiatives for clients.
Requirements
  1. Passion to make a difference, ensuring Sustainability is embedded across the business.
  2. High level of software literacy (particularly MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, Adobe).
  3. Proven experience within a similar sustainability or music industry role would be a bonus.
