**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Coordinator to join our Marketing and Communications department at The North of England P&I Association Limited. As a CSR Coordinator, you will play a key role in developing and implementing our CSR strategy, collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders to drive positive change and enhance our reputation.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive CSR strategy that aligns with our business objectives and values.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing and Communications, to ensure effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for CSR initiatives and measure their impact.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including charities and community groups.
  • Manage and coordinate CSR events, activities, and campaigns.
  • Monitor and report on CSR performance and progress against targets.

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience in CSR or a related field, with a strong understanding of sustainability and corporate social responsibility.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct research and analysis.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce high-quality reports and presentations.
