Healthcare Support Specialist Day

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in pre-operative testing and consent appointment processes, instructing patients on pre and post-procedure care, updating medical records, and arranging follow-up appointments.

- Support the surgical team and patients during surgery and associated tasks.
- Report incidents related to patient safety and quality management.
- Previous experience in an optical or healthcare environment is essential.
- Adaptable and flexible approach to work required.
- Professional telephone manner and organizational skills necessary.
- A valid UK driving licence and own car are essential for travel between clinics.
- No night shifts or on-call duties.
