Early Years Educators play a vital role in supporting children from birth to 5 years, providing a solid foundation for their education. At Best Practice Network Limited, we're seeking an Early Years Educator Level 3 Apprentice to join our team.

About the Role

This part-time position is ideal for individuals looking to pursue a career in childcare while gaining valuable work experience. As an Early Years specialist, you'll work alongside qualified practitioners to deliver exceptional early years care in a safe and nurturing environment.

The expected duration of this course is 18 months on a full-time basis, allowing you to balance your studies with practical application. Upon successful completion, you'll be awarded:

  • Level 3 Early Years Educator apprenticeship
  • NCFE Diploma for the Early Years Workforce (EYE)
  • Level 3 Award in Paediatric First Aid OR Level 3 Award Emergency Paediatric First Aid
  • Apprentices will achieve an EYE qualification which has been approved to count towards the EYFS level 3 child: staff ratios
About the Training

Our training program focuses on equipping you with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in your role as an Early Years Educator. You'll benefit from hands-on experience, regular mentorship, and access to industry-leading resources.

We're committed to helping you progress in your career, with opportunities for training and advancement including Level 5 Early Years Lead Practitioner, EYITT, ECT, Level 3 Early Years SENCO & Forest School.
