We are seeking a highly organised and creative Senior Lifestyle Programmes Coordinator to join our team at Brook House Care Home in Cambridge. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging lifestyle programmes that enhance the lives of our residents.



Responsibilities


Your main responsibilities will include:



  • Designing and implementing meaningful activities and programmes that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents
  • Collaborating with colleagues, families, and external partners to develop an understanding of resident preferences and aspirations
  • Organising outings, events, and partnerships with local community organisations to promote social interaction and enrichment
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with external partners to ensure a wide range of opportunities for our residents


Requirements


To succeed in this role, you will need:



  • A minimum of [1-2] years' experience in a similar role or within a caring environment
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
