Logistics Business Growth Specialist

Our established logistics company in St Albans is looking for an experienced Internal Sales Executive to join our team. As a valued member of our organisation, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and developing strong relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Your duties will include building on and nurturing existing client relationships, primarily through outbound verbal engagement. You will negotiate with clients and suppliers, submit quotes, and convert new sales opportunities. In addition, you will attend and participate in Sales meetings, maintain strong personal relationships with clients, and communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.

About You
To succeed in this role, you should possess experience in customer service or operations, with a proven track record of negotiating with clients and/or suppliers. You must have a friendly telephone manner, be energetic and enthusiastic, and possess strong negotiating skills. Good attention to detail and effective communication skills are also essential, particularly when dealing with clients and stakeholders.
